failing a lot?

Yo wassup chimps,
Happy Thursday.
There is a very popular saying among the athletes and the entrepreneurs...
"You don't rise to your level of your motivation, you fall to your level of your systems."
Now I want you to really think about the last 100 times when you had set a goal and you either forgot about it because you lost motivation or you just didn't achieve it.
Or both.
Why?
It's simple really...
Here are the 3 things that most of our failures fall under:
1) You didn't develop any system at all in relation to your goal. If you don't even do that, how are you going to achieve anything that you want to?
2) You make a system so difficult that it requires tremendous energy and will power to do it everyday. Because of that you end up dropping the plan.
3) You make the system right but still can't follow it because you've got the discipline of a 5 year old girl that eats ice cream everyday.
Lucky for you that there is only one solution for this, and it actually solves all 3 of the above mistakes you make at once.
These are the following steps you need to take to successfully achieve all your goals:
1) You set a goal.
Example - I want biceps.
2) You make a system to achieve that goal.
Example - 3 x 10 reps of bicep curls
3 x 10 reps of hammer curls
progressive overload
2 times a week for a year
8 hours sleep, nutrient dense diet
3) You make sure that the system is doable by the current you.
Example - You don't try to lift 20 kg dumbbells when you can only currently lift 10 kg.
This is the number #1 reason why most people abandon their goals.
The goals themselves are so out of their reach that the current them cannot do them under any drugs possible.
While it is good to challenge yourself, it is also good to know you challenge yourself.
Example - If you can run for only 20 minutes. The next time you would try to run 22 minutes.
You want to discover the goldilocks zone for the challenge.
Challenging enough that you feel motivated to overcome it, but not so challenging that you lose all your motivation.
Remember our goal is to achieve our goals. For that, consistency is much more important than speed.
It doesn't matter if you do your best for just 1 day.
You have to do something everyday or you won't see results.
This is where most people fall off.
The hardest part isn't even making the plan. It is sticking to it for long enough to see results.
And once you start seeing results, you gain enough experience and positive rewards for you to keep going as now you're actually good at it.
You must develop the trait of consistency before you can start aiming for excellence in every attempt.
Alright, that's it for today.
Go and crush all your goals with this information.
Love you,
Bye
