are you hard rn?

are you hard rn?

Yo wassup chimps,

Happy Thursday.

In todays edition, I'm going to talk about the 3rd element of nature...

Earth(Stone).

Again, if you just jumped right into today's blog and have no clue why I'm talking about stones out of no where then check out my last 2 weeks blog about the 4 elements of nature in which I've covered fire and water already.

Stone represents groundedness. It is conceptualised as an immovable object. In human beings it is known as a frame.

A frame of a human being should be grounded and sturdy.

A stone doesn't move when affected by outside forces. A stone stays still.

A frame of a human being should be like a stone. Immovable.

Too many of us are often so affected by outside forces that we lose our composure.

That annoying kid in the bus that just keeps pointing his tongue at you 50 times.

The asshole teacher that just keeps making an example out of you because he doesn't like the look of your face.

The obnoxious and loud group of girls in the library that just wouldn't shut up.

That one buffed up retarded guy that walks like his shit doesn't stink.

We've all lost our shit from time to time.

The point is...

The outside will always try and influence the internal.

Whether you get provoked or not depends upon how strong and sturdy your frame is.

Let's take an example.

It's Sunday morning...

You're sitting in a french cafe, it's a beautiful day and the sun is shining on your face.

It's not too hot, nor too cold. Just perfect.

Suddenly this one girl just walks up to you and calls you ugly.

She says nothing else and leaves.

Now what do you do?

These are the 3 most likely choices you'll make.

1)You start arguing with her.

2)You listen and ignore because you honestly don't care.

3)You throw your coffee at her.

If you chose 1, you've lost your plot.

If you chose 3, you've lost your plot so hard that it would make the cut for youtube trending.

if you chose 2, congratulations!

You've finally reached the state of zen.

Now jokes aside, I need to explain to you just how important it is to have your frame as strong and sturdy as a rock.

From the moment you are born to the moment you take your last breath, you will be challenged.

This is just a fact of life.

It doesn't matter how you feel about it, it will happen.

You will be challenged by people, circumstances, a stray dog and even the weather.

Go out and tell people about what your goals are without you holding back and see what happens?

If at least half of the people don't make fun of you, please let me know where you live cause I'd like to move there.

If you don't possess a strong frame...

If you're not stubborn as a rock...

You will crumble under the relentless pressures of life.

Let yourself be internally referenced. You should be more invested in your own opinions of yourself than anyone one else.

It is not about being stupid and thinking you can never be wrong.

💡
Remember: You need to be open and flexible for you to learn and grow. Do not think that stone contradicts water. This is more about resilience and inner strength than anything else. Understand the nuance.

It is about being guided by an inner compass rather than an external one.

So folks,

Be hard as a rock and do not let outside forces crush you.

Alright, that's it. I'll be talking about the last element of nature next time, wind.

See ya next week.

Bye.
