Before I start with my #1 advice in the market, I just wanna thank you all for sticking with your favourite newsletter throughout the year(hehe).

My 10 Favourite Lessons:

1) Don't do things that make you hate yourself.

2) If every advantage comes with a disadvantage then every disadvantage must also come with an advantage.

3) Your Trajectory is more important than your current position. Where you are is less important than where you are going.

4) If you're always nice to everyone, you're not nice to yourself. When you are a friend to everyone, you're an enemy to yourself.

5) It's not about how hard you look at things, It's the way you look at them that matters.

6) Don't change the goal, change the plan. Perhaps the reason the plan isn't working is because you're not even following the plan.

7) When the trees get bigger, so do the shadows. No tree can ascend to heaven without its roots reaching down to hell.

8) There are only two ways in which power can be achieved.

-Through Competence

-Through Corruption

Seek competence, not corruption. Because power can be consuming, it can make you drunk on its own exertion.

9) Life can be very beautiful if you allow it to be, but only if you allow it to be.

10) Bravery isn't the absence of fear, it is action in the face of fear. Champions feel fear just like everyone else, they just choose to face their fears and not run away like cowards.
